John Keefe, CTP


John Keefe is an experienced financial executive and has served as interim CFO, CEO, and CRO for clients in a variety of industries, both in and out of bankruptcy. John has extensive experience in entrepreneurial management, financial analysis, and problem-solving.

John was Sr. VP of a major Investment Banking firm (Warburg Paribas Becker), and founding General Partner of a successful Venture Capital partnership (The Phoenix Partners). He has served as a Chief Turnaround Officer, successfully guiding debtors through Chapter 11. He is also a founding partner and co-founder of three companies, including a high technology venture capital investment partnership, a consulting and management services firm, and a provider of enterprise software solutions for business infrastructure management. John Keefe has sound financial training and experience, and extensive experience with financing and financial structures for a business.

John received an A.B. degree from Harvard College with a concentration in mathematics and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar (top 5% of class) and won the Loeb Rhoades Prize for outstanding accomplishment in Finance.
