Thomas J. Yessman is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of Huebscher & Co. He has broad experience in financial and forensic accounting, litigation support, corporate and structured finance, and the management of business operations.

Tom has conducted forensic accounting investigations and provided litigation support across a number of industries. Those projects included embezzlement schemes, diversion of corporate assets, money laundering, insurance fraud and kickback schemes.

Prior to joining Huebscher & Co. Tom was a Director at NHB Advisors, Inc. While at NHB, Tom worked on numerous bankruptcy cases representing both Debtors and Creditor Committees in Chapter 11 proceedings. Tom also worked on numerous turnarounds at NHB in the large format printing industry, chemical distribution industry and the heavy equipment construction distribution industry, among others.

Previously, Tom was also the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sightseeing Tours of America, Inc. (STA), the largest aviation-based sightseeing company in the northeastern United States, and was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the same concern. Additionally, Tom has experience in the area of structured finance. At Aegis Holdings Corp., a finance firm specializing in originating, warehousing, and underwriting various asset backed securities. Tom's responsibilities included building and analyzing cash flow models and credit enhancement of the securities.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has earned the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designation from the American Institute of CPAs and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Turnaround Management Association.
